Tasty breakfast, well-trained personnel, contemporary rooms. The hotel's location was central, near to KL convention centre & suria. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. Comfortable beds and satellite TV, climate control and a personal safe.

The staff was delightful and the location was strategic - altogether a fantastic experience. The bed was very comfortable, the room - cozy and nicely decorated. The continental breakfast was sumptuous, I liked that it offered lots of meals. The service in general was helpful.

Ideal place to stay while in Kuala Lumpur. The lobby was nice, I loved it. Had beautiful room with a twin bed and tower view, for example for an excellent stay. Meals here were superb and superb. The painless check-in process too.
